I&#039;ve stuck with an old Woori account and it&#039;s been great so far. Basically, anything that is not somewhat protected from free market competition seems to be hell to deal with. Eg. Old legacy airlines (or the Chinese airlines), Tonnes of government agencies, and, of course, NH Bank. :)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Yeah, that&#039;s Korean service for you.  It&#039;s not just NH bank.  This kind of thing happens in A LOT of places.   Fortunately, I never had a problem with NH bank the three years I used them (out of the 9 years I was in Korea).

You do realize though, that all overseas transfers have to go through KEB bank right?   I used KEB for pretty much the whole 9 years I was in Korea.  The only reason I also got a NH account was that I was out in the country and NH was the only bank that had a branch near the school.
